TIME FOR A LITTLE HO HO HO
I t’s Friday, the end of a hectic week. Have you smiled much this week? I need a laughter break. How about you? The Bible says, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine” (Proverbs 17:22). So, how about a little humor to end the work week? The message of Christmas depicts much joy. The long-awaited Messiah had come! God sent ONE angel to the shepherds, bringing them “good tidings of great joy.” While one angel was declaring the good news, the rest of the angels couldn’t sta

With God All Things are Possible
Scripture: Luke 1:37 “For with God, nothing shall be impossible.” Need a miracle? No worries! God has an endless supply! I cringe when reading quotes such as, “Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful.” Christmas isn’t magic, my friends! Does baking, shopping, gift-wrapping, office parties, overeating, and overspending rob you of the pleasure of the holidays? As we pause and consider our emotions, is the

Good Tidings of Great Joy
Happy December 1 st . I love the first day of the month. For me, it's a time to check tasks and map out a plan. I especially enjoy January 1st as I anticipate what the year will bring. But before January, we have December, the season of good tidings and great joy. When I was a child, one highlight of the holidays was riding around looking at Christmas lights. My family and I would express our awe and clap as we admired the brilliant lights and ornaments. We especially enjoye
