Five R’s of Salvation

REALIZE GOD LOVES YOU
Romans 5:8 – But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

RECOGNIZE THE PROBLEM
Romans 3:23 – For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.

RESPOND TO GOD’S PROVISION
Romans 6:23 – For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

RECEIVE JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR
Romans 10:9-10 – That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. If this expresses the desire of your heart, then all you need to do is invite, Jesus in your heart by praying a similar prayer such as the one below:

Dear God, I believe Jesus died on the cross for me and is alive today. I know I have sinned and ask that you please forgive me and let Jesus come live in my heart as my Savior. Amen.
